Estimated Timeline
Step 1: Initial Approval and Trade Name Reservation
The first step is to obtain initial approval and trade name reservation. We would require three trade name options in order of priority. The process can be completed within a few days usually 2-4 Days.
Step 2: Office | Retail Space | Shop | Virtual Office
This will be required to issue the license. We can assist to issue a temporary solution in a business center as well if required such as Virtual Office.
Step 3: Corporate Documents | License Issue
The Shareholder(s) will be required to present for the license process and signing the Application. The license can be established in approximately subject to availability of shareholders and flexibility if required on the trade name. ( 5 - 7 Days )
Step 4: Labor / Immigration / Establishment Card
After license issuance it will take a few days (Approx. 5-7 Days) to obtain the establishment / immigration card.
Step 5: Visa | Medical | Emirates ID
When the above is done is done, then partner / employee visa can be processed, which take approximately 5 -7 Days after which a Medical Test and Biometrics for Emirates National ID is to be completed.

Free Zone
Free-Trade Zone in Dubai, (FTZs) are special economic zones set up with the objective of offering tax concessions and customs duty benefits (usually 5% on most items except alcohol, sweetened, carbonated sugary and tobacco its higher) to expatriate investors. There are more than 30 Free Zones operating in Dubai. FTZs in Dubai and the UAE are governed pursuant to a special framework of rules and regulations.
Dubai Mainland
A Mainland Company is an onshore company and license to establish the entity is issued by the Department of Economic Development (DED) of the respective emirate. A mainland business is allowed to do business in the local UAE market as well as outside UAE without any restrictions. It is necessary to understand the term "Mainland" as per DED's definition in order for an entrepreneur to take a decision to register a Mainland Company in UAE.
